As a business our priority is our customers and how we can best help them make the correct choice. Knowing this we have made a few changes; which will allow the customer to make the right choice and also have an enjoyable experience whilst on the website.
Starting with the number of products available. We made the decision to remove a ton of products, as calls poured in of confused customers who had no idea what was the best option. Furthermore, this allowed us to stock most of the products; which allowed us to improve efficiency of collection and therefore ensuring products arrived to homes faster than ever. check our shoe laces to see the ease of use.
We made a massive revamp of our website. With the objective in mind to improve the website we made a few changes. We have rounded a bunch of edges to give a modern feel to the website; we added filters to further ease user experience and making it easy to find the wanted colours. Finally, we have made a bunch of changes for the mobile device version; as the future seems to be pointing at mobile phones.
Lastly, we have put a lot of man power to improve performance; as we observed how slow our website was for the users, so we can now ensure a snappy and rapid website for any users joining us.
