Returns

We pride ourselves in the excellent quality of our products, but if you have a problem with anything, please let us know as soon as possible.

We accept a return policy within 30 days of purchase, for a refund.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs on all of our products, and send the unused product back in its original packaging.

If the goods received are found to be faulty or not as described, we will provide a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed once the item has been returned.

We recommend that you send your item back via recorded delivery or with proof of delivery.

Please note, made to order/custom item are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes larger quantities of certain products where the website clearly states, this item is made to order.
